- Shipping Costs: Shipping is free within the Netherlands. For other countries, shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by location. The total payment you make includes the shipping costs.
- Address Information: Please provide complete address details, including your phone number. The customer is responsible for any errors in the delivery address. Risk and ownership of the products transfer once sent.
- Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. During peak seasons or in case of unexpected events or product availability issues, delivery may take longer.
- Shipping Delays: We strive to dispatch orders on time. If there’s a delay with the courier, please contact customer service. During holiday seasons, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays.
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days if the items are in original condition with labels and packaging. Used or damaged items will be rejected. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Sale items or those purchased with a discount code can’t be returned but can be exchanged for another product or a voucher, valid for 6 months.
- Shipping Costs and Risk: Both the costs and the risk of shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns Tracking: A track & trace code is required for returns. Without it, no investigation will be carried out, and a refund will not be issued.
