General Information

1.1. Zaaz Clinic offers services including laser hair removal, teeth whitening, hair treatments, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
1.2. By booking an appointment or purchasing products from Zaaz Clinic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Appointments

2.1. Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email.
2.2. Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable.
2.3. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

Payments

3.1. Payment is required in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. Zaaz Clinic accepts cash, debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
3.3. Prices for treatments and products are subject to change without prior notice.
3.4. Once the initial payment is made, it is considered as automatic confirmation of your agreement to purchase the package, and a payment obligation will apply.

Treatments

4.1. All treatments are performed by trained professionals using certified equipment and products.
4.2. Results may vary based on individual factors, including skin type, hair type, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
4.3. Clients must inform Zaaz Clinic of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to the treatment.

Health & Safety

5.1. Clients must follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Zaaz Clinic to ensure the best results and minimize risks.
5.2. Zaaz Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise the client’s health or safety.

Refunds & Complaints

6.1. Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.
6.2. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
6.3. Refunds for products will only be provided if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

Privacy

7.1. Zaaz Clinic respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Liability

8.1. Zaaz Clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions or by undisclosed medical conditions.

9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
